We strive to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date price, description, and product information. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuations, typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information received from our suppliers or typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount paid.
Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice, especially due to the fluctuation in the price of materials and market conditions.

Doolaege.com certifies that their jewelry is free from problems caused by defects in materials or manufacturing for the lifetime of the piece of jewelry. If defective, Doolaege.com is entirely liable and will replace or repair the piece at no charge to you. Whether the piece will be replaced or repaired is Doolaege.com, LLC's decision. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, neglect, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use.

Doolaege.com, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
Doolaege.com will retain title to the products until payment is fully received. Our Guarantee against defects may vary or even become null or voided for orders being exported. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for damages caused to your products being exported. All merchandise shall be shipped, insured, either going nationally or internationally. Returns must be made with approved authorization only; otherwise they may not be accepted. You must ask for the authorization within 30 days of receipt and they must be shipped back in its original condition and in original packaging with insurance. If we have made a mistake, we will also credit you the shipping and handling charges.
Delivery:
Orders are shipped via FedEx, are fully insured, and require a signature upon receipt. If you require special delivery services other than FedEx, please tell us this at the time you place your order. Each shipment is tracked until it is received and signed for. If you receive a box that has visible signs of damage or has been tampered with, make sure you have the delivery person fill out a damage report and please notify us immediately. Packages accepted and signed for by a doorman or building representative will be considered delivered.
Please check with FedEx to make sure you do not have a signature release for packages delivered. We are not liable for packages left at an address because the recipient has a signature release on file. Please note that a signature release is not specific to one shipment and can remain on a particular address for up to ten (10) years.

Payment:
Payment in full is required before we send your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We recommend using Escrow.com and think it is an excellent option for buying fine jewelry online. We also accept PayPal, personal checks, company checks, certified cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers. Wire transfer is a protection for all parties and almost instantaneous, but only accepted on orders over $1,000.00 Phone in your order and we will give you the wire transfer information and bank routing number. Sorry, no COD orders.
Security:
We process all online transactions through Cybersource. All online credit card purchases are protected within a Verisign 128 bit encrypted secure (SSL) server. PayPal is also offered as an option. PayPal security is entirely the responsibility of PayPal. Credit card fraud protection is the responsibility of Cybersource. We do not store credit card numbers in our data base.

Our jewelry is handmade and can be sized to your specifications. We custom fabricate our designs to work with any diamond or gemstone.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the initial order. However, due to the high demand and limited quantity of Doolaege.com products, unsatisfied customers who wish to return their items must call 707-526-1555 within 72 hours after delivery in order to avoid a 15% restocking fee. Items returned within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period but beyond the 72-hour grace period will be assessed the restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Refused orders are subject to the same terms.
In the event that an item is lost or damaged, customers must file a claim for a broken or undelivered item within 72 hours of actual or expected receipt of merchandise in order to ensure proper credit or refund. Doolaege.com will not accept any returns without a return ID number. Customers may obtain a return ID number within 30 days of the receipt of their merchandise by calling 707-526-1555. To ensure proper credit, please return items unworn in the original box including any paperwork, certificates, printed materials, parts, and accessories. Shipping costs are refunded if the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an ordering error on the part of Doolaege.com.

To return merchandise, you must:
Secure items in the container in the same method as sent. Include a copy of your original invoice, and your instructions for replacement or refund. Be sure to use fully insured U.S. Postal Registered mail. Liability for the Safe Return of any merchandise is your responsibility. If you return any merchandise and we do not receive the parcel, or if we receive the parcel but the merchandise shows signs of damage in any way, we will not honor your refund request (we will contact you so you can file a claim with your shipper).

Items you send with Registered Mail are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery, and insured up to $25,000 against loss or damage. And you can verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts online. Registered Mail to Canada is subject to a $1,000 indemnity limit. To all other foreign countries, the indemnity limit is currently $40.45."
If you return any merchandise that appears to have any type of damage, is in an altered condition, is a different item than was originally sent to you, does not match our photographic image, or does not match our description of the item, we will not honor your refund.
